Pleeeease get the sweet potato cheesecake!!!! OMG!!!!! π± so so soooo amazing my lord!!!! Has such an airy texture not too be confused with super rich MY style cheesecake. Had a wonderful oats and lite spices with sugar crumble mix atop. Also the mint chocolate cheesecake is fire and cookie and cream cheesecake are very yummy! The Bavarian chocolate cupcake for only 3$ was not super sweet, great cake batter quality and the chocolate Bavarian icing itself was absolutely delicious, very well made. The cheesecake brownie is very sweet for me but love the Nutella and butter croissants as well! Great foamy cappuccino and also great customer service at ordering counter and check out! Prices are EXTREMELY FAIR for fresh baked hand made items; HUGE variety! All around wonderful, been going for years and will continue! P.s. : customer Service has improved tenfold since when yβall opened I was very pleased with that as a returning customer; love the new staff. Please keep it up!

I called on a busy Saturday with hopes of getting a large cheesecake to feed my staff for a birthday. ASAP. The person that answered (wish I remb their name) was not only patient in explaining serving sizes and flavor options but was able to hold the LAST one of our flavor choice until I could get there. The staff was once again helpful when I arrived. I ordered two cannoli for myself for a sweet treat. The gentleman boxing them had picked up one that cracked so he gave me that one and two whole ones. & Iβm so happy he did. Cheesecakes may be what your company thrives on but that was the best cannoli I have ever ate!!! Kudos to you all for amazing product & even better customer service!

Star rating 5 π Wonderful bakery in downtown. Super friendly employees. Murals inside with an old cigg machine that sells art. We got the creme brulee cheesecake 10/10. Cinnamon roll is just unreal. Chocolate croissant was amazing! Highly recommended

Editing my review. Swung in at lunch time for a piece of cheesecake. Stood 2nd in line while a guy was being rung up. Stood for about 10-15 mins and was never acknowledged. Employee at the cpuntet took most of that time putting macaroons in a bag. I walked out without being served. Completely different experience than my first visit. Likely won't be returning. Stopped in while for Fennigan's to open. Got the sugar free vanilla bean slice. So amazing. Extremely well balanced between sweet and "cheesecake". Crust was good graham cracker. Wife got the pecan Carmel brownie. Not too sweet. Good size. I got the chai tea latte since they didnt have a dark roast. Really great. Some chai's are too heavy on the chai. Super balanced there too. Wife got a sugar free vanilla latte. Not bitter, not too sweet. Great find in Cheesecakes by Alex!
